This has been a busy month for Shoulda, Coulda, Woulda Books. Not only has there been an overflow of amazing books coming out (hence the reading, rather than blogging!), but I have also been writing even more elsewhere! In addition to my regular posts for Barnes & Nobles’ Book Blogs, I have also signed on to be a monthly contributor to Book Riot! I’ll be writing about all types of bookish things under the sun, and have already begun that process with these two trial posts:
On My Annual Bookish Pilgrimage to My Hometown
Five Ways to Get Over a Book Hangover
In addition, I will be writing a review of Robert Macfarlane’s Landmarks for the Southeast Review. The review is due out sometime in October. (Spoiler: I reeealllly love Robert Macfarlane’s work- which is no spoiler if you’ve been reading here before!).
On this blog, I’ve read a few absolutely wonderful books that I intend to review soon, including: The Robber Bride by Margaret Atwood, The Autobiography of Red by Anne Carson and the last of Elena Ferrante’s Neapolitan novels, The Story of the Lost Child, which I am in the midst of devouring.
More soon! Happy bookish trails in the meantime to all!
